Arizona
Agricultural Experiment Station
The Arizona Agricultural Experiment Station is the research arm of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the University of Arizona. Research is conducted in the various departments and schools on campus, as well as at Agricultural Centers throughout the state.

Arizona Department of Agriculture
Works to regulate and support Arizona agriculture in a manner that encourages farming, ranching, and agribusiness while protecting consumers and natural resources. Its’ Office of Marketing and Outreach supports Arizona agriculture by providing a number of marketing and outreach services.

Canyon Country Fresh
Since 2000, the Center for Sustainable Environments has been working with local farmers, ranchers, markets, and restaurants to promote local food production and use. Recently, with the addition of a USDA grant for local marketing initiatives, CSE has begun to implement strategic marketing practices to help promote local farm products, from a food directory to development of links between farmers and restaurants.

2007 Colorado Farm Fresh Directory
This year's Farm Fresh Directory lists more than 100 farms and features 83 farmers' markets across Colorado. These farms and farmers' markets feature the highest quality, Colorado-grown produce. Inside you will also find information about county fairs, agricultural festivals, extension offices as well as a crop calendar.

Colorado Organic Producers Association
Provides education, information, and networking services to promote and facilitate the production, distribution, and consumption of Colorado organic food products. COPA members represent all segments of agriculture-production, processing, wholesale, retail, and consumer.

Colorado State University: Specialty Crops Program
In 2005, the Specialty Crops Program at Colorado State University initiated a campus CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). The CSU CSA provides people who become members a wide variety of local organic produce. The farm is tended by CSU students who are passionate about organic agriculture and who want to share their bounty with the local community.

A producer-consumer service and regulatory department under the New Mexico State University (NMSU) Board of Regents.
